Third-Party Withdrawals
Withdrawals are only permitted to accounts under the same name as the trading account holder. Third-party withdrawals are prohibited for security reasons.
Outstanding Balances
For your withdrawal to be approved and processed, all outstanding balances must be settled. Otherwise, the withdrawal request will be cancelled.
Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy
To comply with AML regulations, the Company may request additional documentation or information for larger withdrawal amounts or in certain specific cases.
Fees
Any fees that apply to a withdrawal or account closure are shown in the fee schedule for your account type before you confirm the request, and are deducted from the amount withdrawn. Clients are never asked to send a separate payment in order to release a withdrawal. If anyone asks you to pay money to unlock a withdrawal, stop and contact support@zeus-ai.group.
