Similarly, Zeus Group is referred to herein as “Zeus Group”, “broker”, “brokerage service provider”, “trading platform”, “trading agent”, “we” and “us”.
Restricted Use of Our Platform
We operate in multiple jurisdictions, and our services are provided in compliance with the applicable laws of each country. In some regions, laws may restrict access to brokerage services. We cannot offer services in such areas and are legally barred from serving clients from these locations. Users in restricted areas who attempt to access our services, including through VPNs, are entirely responsible for their actions.
Conditions for the Provision of Brokerage Services
By using our services, including tools, features, and functionalities, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. The provisions contained herein are legally binding between the Customer and Zeus Group. You are authorized to use our services and facilities only if you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree to these terms, you have the right to stop using our services and terminate your membership. If you wish to become a member, you must read the Terms and Conditions in full before proceeding with registration. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove any provision of these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part; material changes will be published on this page.
